The title composition was the first track to be recorded. It was recorded in India in 1999. The Zambra is one of the oldest and, presently, one of the most rare forms in flamenco music. Its traditional form is deeply rooted in oriental influence that is not often heard in other styles of flamenco. Usually it was the Moorish element, which predominated in flamenco, however, we have enriched this guitar form by adding characteristic tones of the sitar, tabla and tanpura.
